SEASONAL FLAVORS: Here is a quick look at our 2023 seasonal kombucha and kefir flavors release dates.

All of our seasonal flavors are made when local harvests are at their peak, so dates may change. We harvest, process, and make our seasonals right here in Woodbury! Like the seasons, they don’t last long! Our kombuchas and kefirs are the perfect gut-healthy soda alternative!

New growlers are $15 full, and you bring them back for $10 refills. FLAVOR VAULT: After 3 1/2 years on tap, it is time to say goodbye to one of Half Hill Farm’s first flavors of craft kombucha. We’re down to our last kegs and will be retiring our Blood Orange Kombucha and placing its recipe in the flavor vault to make way for new flavors.

This is a favorite to many, so grab a growler while it’s on tap, or one of the last bottles and enjoy it while it lasts at our stores:

BLACKBERRY SUMMER: Look at the size of the blackberries coming in to the kitchen at Half Hill Farm. They are so big and juicy that they literally exploded all over the walls from the press!

    

Shamma took most of the impact like a champ, but we are officially floor to ceiling deep in Blackberry Summer – literally two days into wiping the walls down. We can’t thank our neighbors enough for growing and picking for us this year. It is quite the year for them!
