Rootbeer Bitters: our new flavor with American roots

Our latest herbal creation takes a distinct American flavor all the way back to its indigenous roots. Root beer was popularized in the 1800s as a sugary carbonated adaption of Native American root teas often made with sassafras, wintergreen, and different roots, bark and berries.

Root teas were used as medicine by Native Americans for everything from headaches to upset stomachs, some of the first remedies offered to sick colonists.

As the hemp industry matures and processing and hemp prices fall, we’re passing the savings on to customers as we promised while still using all the same quality ingredients and processes you expect from us.

Half Hill Farm is a natural health & wellness product maker founded in 2012 and was the first certified organic farm to grow hemp in Tennessee. We are now a licensed hemp grower, processor and permitted manufacturer producing quality full spectrum extract CBD hemp oil blends in 500mg, 1000mg, and 2500mg formulas and a 1000mg full spectrum CBD hemp topical salve as well as 500mg, 1000mg, and 2500mg 0% THC CBD oils.

Half Hill Farm manufactures our hemp products and other wellness products in our FDA registered and state permitted manufacturing facility in Woodbury. Our hemp products use high quality CO2 extraction while most competitors use cheaper and faster ethanol and butane extractions. We also do not use any additives, flavors or artificial ingredients.
