HONEYSUCKLE KEFIR: Our first seasonal of the year goes on tap Thursday (May 25)! Our Honeysuckle Kefir brings back childhood memories of growing up in the South and tasting the sweetness of late Spring right from the vine.

We harvest the flowers right here in Cannon County for a wonderful Memorial Day weekend treat. Our Honeysuckle Kefir will be on tap for cup and growler refills.

All of our seasonal flavors are made when local harvests are at their peak, so dates may change. We harvest, process, and make our seasonals right here in Woodbury! Like the seasons, they don’t last long! Our kombuchas and kefirs are the perfect gut-healthy soda alternative!

BLACKBERRY SUMMER: Look at the size of the blackberries coming in to the kitchen at Half Hill Farm. They are so big and juicy that they literally exploded all over the walls from the press!

    

Shamma took most of the impact like a champ, but we are officially floor to ceiling deep in Blackberry Summer – literally two days into wiping the walls down. We can’t thank our neighbors enough for growing and picking for us this year. It is quite the year for them!
